黄瓜视频直播 UK has been awarded聽the construction contract for Student Accommodation Project 3 (SAP3), one of the聽UK鈥檚 largest聽Passivhaus聽certified developments聽in the UK,聽for the University of the West of England聽in Bristol.

This certification聽guarantees very low energy consumption聽on聽heating and air conditioning, while treating residents to a high level of comfort.

SAP3聽will span聽26,000聽sq. metres and fit 900聽bed-spaces聽in a聽mix of studios聽and聽four, six聽or聽eight bed clusters.

The development, with a value of 拢77 million (鈧�91 million), is due to start in November 2021 and will be handed over prior to the beginning of the 2023/2024 academic year. SAP3 will run with reduced energy consumption compared to similar sized traditional new builds.
